Theme does not look the same as demo

Hello,

I purchased the WHCMS theme and was expecting it to look like the demo / Live Preview as seen here

But instead it looks like this for the HTML

I tried disabling all add-ons on WHCMS and it does not make any difference. I was looking forward to several of the pages you have in the Live Preview because there’s some good content and images. I just purchased a few days ago.

We have reviewed your website and WHMCS URL. About the HTML template, it’s missing the images as ThemeForest didn’t allow to provided images with the main-file. However, you could send a message using Envato Market (themeforest) profile contact form to click here https://themeforest.net/user/themelooks#contact (screenshot as reference http://prntscr.com/gkmr2r ) to get the images.

About the WHMCS template, you may have some missing settings or missed something when installing the template as we didn’t see any domain search form. You could check the issue using the SIX template.

Moreover, we have included the same template in the main files as the demo.

Furthermore, mainly, our item is an HTML template and we have just provided WHMCS template for FREE of cost with our HTML template by customizing WHMCS default six template’s header, footer, and color based on our HTML template.

You’re saying it’s a setting I’m missing or different on my configuration? Is there a section to enable/disable this particular content?

Yes, there have options to enable/disable this particular content. In this issue, you need to contact with WHMCS to get instructions about integration as we mentioned before, “we have just provided WHMCS template for FREE of cost with our HTML template by customizing WHMCS default six template’s header, footer, and color based on our HTML template.”

So, we are only able to assist you for the header, footer, and color of the WHMCS template.
