    after fixing permission error, when I have entered all details in installation page it says “Error: please check network connection”

    as well as most of the menu in admin not working?

    Please provide your cPanel and website admin (URL, Username & Password) access using our Envato Market (themeforest) profile contact form https://codecanyon.net/user/themelooks#contact (screenshot as reference http://prntscr.com/gkmr2r ) including this support topic link as a reference to review the issue to fix.

    Moreover, this is an individual script that works using WHOISBOOK.COM API.

    Hi,

    As you stated in the Email “I do not use cpanel. The script installed in digitalocean droplet.” it’s all about your Hosting issue.

    Please change your hosting to get rid of the issue. You could try any kind of Linux hosting/server that provides cPanel.

    There is nothing in our end to assist with the issue. Because it’s not our script issue.
