Too many redirects – can’t find page

I have a have problem since I installed Restrofood and the Multibranch addon today.
It takes about a minute or so when I try to access my website: “www.foodbooker.se” and then I get an error message;
“ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”

I previously had a plugin called Foodsearch and I have removed all instances of ths plugin.
I have also cleared all cache, both in WordPress and in Chrome.
Have I missed something in the installation?

There’s maybe something wrong happened.

Please follow the steps below to fix the issue.

1. Please make sure you have the latest version of WordPress and update your hosting server PHP version to a minimum of 8.1 or newer. ***recommended***
2. Reinstall a new WordPress with a new database or install and use wp reset plugin to reset your WordPress database
3. Then install the RestroFood plugin by following the steps from this documentation https://enteraddon.com/restrofood-demo/how-to-install-restrofood-wordpress-plugin/
4. Then install the theme by following the steps from this documentation https://enteraddon.com/restrofood-demo/how-to-install-restrofood-theme/
5. Then import all of the demo data by following the steps from this documentation https://enteraddon.com/restrofood-demo/how-to-import-theme-demo-data/ (wait until all of the demo data are imported completely)

I have the same issue too and found out all restrofood settings were lost (default reset) and in “Page settings” section all the Restrofood pages point to 1 (same) page, which cause “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”.

It happened to me already 2 times, that all restrofood settings were gone (lost/reset), I still dont know the reason, may be after updating to the new version.

Sad to know that. We are also unable to understand why you faced this issue.

However, now you can update the new version of the plugin from the plugin sections with one click on the update button.

Just some feedback for your info;
I actually did not follow your advice, but I de-activated as many plugins I could and then I had access to the Admin-panel again!
Being lazy can pay off sometimes!
