Unable to delete sections from page

Hi

Since the last update I have been unable to remove sections from any pages, I can add them in fine and move them around but I cannot remove.

I am running WP 5.0.2
BizWalls Core 1.0
Bizwalls theme 2.1

Can you please let me know what the problem might be, it looks as if there has been no updates to this theme for a while, can you please let me know what the update path is?

As described in the changelog (need to remove and reinstall the bizwalls Theme and bizwalls-core Plugin to get the above updates) Did you do those?

If yes then please provide a screenshot to review the issue to fix.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience. We forgot to update the core plugin version.

However, you need to remove and reinstall the bizwalls-core Plugin to get the updates.

Can you please explain this, I am to do the following
1) Deactivate plugin bizwalls-core
2) Delete bizwalls-core from WordPress
3) Reupload the same files???
4) Activate the same one I already have

Or will it download an update? Surely you need to make this easier.

I am currently having the same issue and cannot remove sections from pages.
I have reinstalled the BizWalls Core Plugin and issue still remains.

The site is currently running
WP 5.0.3
BizWalls Core 1.0
Bizwalls theme 2.1

Can you please advise if there is a fix for this issue.

We have reviewed the issue. It’s all about the Gutenberg issue. Gutenberg does not support all features of sections layout. In this issue, you need to use the classic editor.

Moreover, we already installed the classic editor plugin on your WordPress and the issue has been fixed.

The issue was in the Gutenberg. Gutenberg does not support all features of sections layout. In this issue, you need to install the classic editor plugin that has been fixed Blake’s issue.
