    Hello,

    We purchased a package of themes including the WooLooks Theme. However when I go to My account > Dashboard > Contents and click on the WooLooks zip file to download it, I was redirect to another page with the following message: ‘File not found Go to shop’.

    Could you please advise why this is happening?
    And how can I download the WooLook Theme ?
