My issue relates to editing the blog and newly created pages. The Elemenator will now allow me to edit the header / colors or anything else on this page. When I hit “Edit with Elemenator” I receive an error message that says “The preview cannot be loaded, We’re sorry but something went wrong…” I’ve also attempted to pull up the editor in safe mode and I’m still unable to edit. Can you help resolve?

    Hi Seneca,

For your kind information, the blog page, cart page, checkout page, and my account page are not an editable page of WordPress. Those pages are works with WordPress default system. There is nothing to be edited with Elementor.

Moreover, the Ideabuz Core plugin is outdated that you are using. Please remove the plugin and install it again from Appearance -> Install Plugins. After then, activate the theme purchase code/license to get everything working. Because we have updated and fixed many things in the Ideabuz Core plugin. Now the plugin version is 1.6.

    Best Regards,

Thank You for reply. I have connected the site to envato. With regard to the core plugin update…how do I obtain that? I looked in the source files and do not see it listed there. Can you send the .zip file to me?

*The .zip file for the plugin. (Relating to my previous comment)

I’m concerned that if i delete it, I won’t have a way to get it back. Please advise.

Please take a backup from your cPanel.

After then you could deactivate and remove the plugin. After removing the plugin you will get the updated plugin in the Appearance -> Install Plugins and install it again from there. You don’t need any .zip file.

    Best Regards,
