Unable to enter in my Foodbook License code getting error message

I purchased the Foodbook for my website and I am unable to insert the license code. I am getting the error message:
cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10000 milliseconds

I originally had it installed ok, but I had database issues on my server so I had to reinstall my wordpress. Now that I am trying to reapply the license I am getting this error message.

It’s a server response issue. It causes when a server’s “remote post” is blocked by your server firewall. That’s why your server can’t connect to our licensing server. Please contact your server provider to fix the “remote post” block issue to activate the license.
