    Hi,

I tried to import demo data by using the button in the plugin page and also manual import. Neither way I am unable to get the data. For several minutes it was loading but not importing anything.

    Hi Ajith,

Maybe there was something wrong with your installation. Please follow the steps below to fix the issue.

    1. Please make sure you have the latest version of WordPress and update your hosting server PHP version to minimum 7.1 or newer. ***recommended***
    2. Clean your full database “OR” reinstall a new WordPress with a new database or use wp reset plugin
    3. Then install the theme (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
    4. Then install all of the required plugins (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
    5. Then active all of the installed plugins (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
    6. Then import all of the demo data (wait until all of the demo data are imported completely)

First I tried like that only, since it dint work I tried manually. Do I need to enter Redux Option Name?, if yes, what I have to enter there?

We are unable to understand where you found those options that your screenshot shows. Please use this option https://prnt.sc/s2lz8t if you want to import the demo data manually.

Moreover, if you are importing the demo data locally then it will take time. So, wait until all of the demo data are imported completely. It can take time on your server too based on the server speed and network connection.

However, please make sure again your hosting server PHP version is minimum 7.1 or newer and you have followed all of the installation steps properly before import the demo data. Otherwise, the demo data will not import.
