    We purchased the theme recently and tried to install and import the demo on our website https://www.voip-sanantonio.com/ but the demo was not installed correctly. Please check https://www.voip-sanantonio.com/

    Let me know if you need my WordPress login details to fix it?

    Hello,

    Please follow the steps below to fix the issue.

    1. Please make sure you have the latest version of WordPress and update your hosting server PHP version to a minimum of 8 or newer. ***recommended***
    2. Reinstall a new WordPress with a new database or install and use wp reset plugin to reset your WordPress database
    3. Then install the theme (follow the steps from the documentation)
    4. Then install all of the required plugins (follow the steps from the documentation)
    5. Then active all of the installed plugins (follow the steps from the documentation)
    6. Most important, Setting up the VOIP Pricing Calculator and VPNSF plugins.
    7. Activate your purchase key/license
    8. Then import all of the demo data (wait until all of the demo data are imported completely)

    I followed all the steps as shown in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oszPVSM4V9g&list=PLbmIKrgYlRbr-xin_hVBNnETK03grRF8f&index=1 and did set up the VOIP Pricing Calculator and VPNSF plugins before importing demo and demo got imported without any error, please check this screenshot https://prnt.sc/Df4pBV2YmpYW

    But still my site looks like this https://www.voip-sanantonio.com/ Please check and let me know what to do to fix the issue. If you need my WordPress logins let me know.

    We found all of your assets are loading from another server/CDN https://prnt.sc/UZ1XoIAVocZA that’s why the website looks like that.

    Please stop loading the assets from another server/CDN and enable loading assets from the same server of https://www.voip-sanantonio.com/

    In this case, maybe you need to contact your hosting provider.
