We are sorry to say that it happened because you didn’t Setting up the VOIP Pricing Calculator and VPNSF plugins before importing the demo data.
Please follow the steps below to fix the issue.
1. Reinstall a new WordPress with a new database or install and use wp reset plugin to reset your WordPress database
2. Then install the theme (follow the steps from the documentation)
3. Then install all of the required plugins (follow the steps from the documentation)
4. Then active all of the installed plugins (follow the steps from the documentation)
5. Most important, Setting up the VOIP Pricing Calculator and VPNSF plugins.
6. Activate your purchase key/license
7. Then import all of the demo data (wait until all of the demo data are imported completely)
