    Hi,

When I try to search for a domain via the front page – it would direct to this page: https://goplex.com.au/order/cart.php?a=add&domain=register&query=testdomain.com . This is correct, although sometimes when it loads, it comes up with a strange, unstructured site (attached).
Then, once the user sees this unstructured site, whenever they access any other WHMCS webpage, it too, will be unstructured.

Please note, it is not every time you access this page, but is only sometimes.

I know for a fact that it is happening to more than myself, as I have had multiple clients complain from all different countries and computers. I have tried clearing caches – but with no success.

WHMCS had a look at it and found the issue definitely doesn’t occur when another template is active – only HostWHMCS.

I also looked on to inspect element to see if there were any errors in the console. I have screenshotted the console errors and attached them here also.

I’m very unsure what is going on, and have lost a lot of clients because of it. Could you please help?

To confirm – my website is goplex.com.au and the installation of WHMCS is on goplex.com.au/order

Just noticed you can’t upload images… Please go to https://blake-harrold.imgbb.com/ and see the two images on my profile – these are the screenshots.

    Thanks,
    Blake

    Hi Blake,

We are unable to understand your issue, why it’s happening?

Moreover, there has no issue like this with our theme. So, we are unable to assist you on this issue.

However, you could try to update your WHMCS version and reinstall the WHMCS template to download the latest update of the template from themeforest to fix the issue.

Furthermore, please read more our full support policy (item support includes & not includes), here https://www.themelooks.com/support/support-policy/ before post a topic.

    Best Regards,
    ThemeLooks Support Team
