After successfully upgraded the theme and the wp-bakery with your help (from themforest comments), just last week i needed to edit a page, but when i click edit with wp-bakery, it
s just opening a blank page. nothing happens. thats same if i`ll try different browser/device on any page.
it`s like the editor doesn’t exist
i removed already everything: cosolu, cosolu-child and plugins. Uploaded everything from scratch and same result. nothing happens.
If i revert back to previous version, that works, but the wp-bakery is not up-to-date.

So basically i`m helpless? In other words you are saying… give me some money so i can assist you.
If this is something to do with the new update, shouldn’t you assist it so everything should go smoothly?
And then, if i feel so, i can make a donation… is not that more humanly and rationally thing to do, which shows a high level of customer support and friendly assistance rather than a corporative action as you just gave me?
Lets be people first and not think on how to get all the money we can from other people… just saying…

It’s possible, somehow the issue raised by your end and we will be happy to assist you with the issue but you need to extend your support period to get assistance. I think we see this thing differently… from different business aspects….anyway, after i spent few hours researching the issue, i was able to sort it my self.
