    Dear Sebastian,

We are sorry to say that FoodBook only supports global attributes for a variable product, it does not support custom attributes.

Please check this article https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/ to know steps by steps on how to create a variable product using global attributes.

Moreover, you could use the “Add Features” option https://prnt.sc/u1hic4 of FoodBook.

Furthermore, there is no mobile application available. However, our plugin is fully responsive on mobile devices. You could browse your website on mobile to manage orders.

    Best Regards,

    Dear ThemeLooks Support Team,

    Thanks for the response.
I still have a question about the smartphone version for Foodbook. You said that it is RWD, but the backend panel in the tab is foodbook, and there is the tab for orders where there is a table with orders. It’s not RWD, you have to move it – https://prnt.sc/xrzhts
Did you mean any wordpress application that works with Foodbook?
I have one more question regarding the integration of order statuses. Foodbook statuses are not compatible with Woocommerce statuses. How do I get these statuses configured together?

    Regards,
    Sebastian

    Dear Sebastian,

We are sorry to say that based on your screenshot it will look this way and it’s normal as a responsive view of table content. It’s a normal way to gets responsive a table with a horizontal scroll bar. You can research this on the internet about this. There is no other solution available.

Moreover, based on the purpose of the plugin we have changed the status. However, you can change the status from here shown in the screenshot https://prnt.sc/xuoro5

    Best Regards,
    ThemeLooks Support Team
