    Hi Ignatius,

Maybe you didn’t verify your email id after purchase.

Please check your email id for the activation email and verify your email id to get all access.

    Hi, the link https://www.themelooks.com/activation/?user=4513&key=f2e951fd2d75db8c11f1698a84cf36329ce89f00
    Loads to a blank page.

Secondly we still dont see the license code on our dashboard, we were issued with this 02A74D1F-6B467003-D56CFCC9-7BE1DC34
We installed the on a local host until we finished with the customization then we move to a live server, now the localhost port has changed from localhost:81/wordpress to localhost/wordpress.

    We now have this error:
    Vnut Licensing

Your key has been installed on another domain(localhost:81/wordpress)

Please note that these restrictions are hindering our progress and we wish to remind you again that we are right behind time.

Atleast there should be an area in the dashboard where we can delete the old domain if we happen to change domain url just like other companies do.

    Regards

    Hi There,

1st, Our team activates the link menually when your credentials were not working.

2nd, we are sorry to say that there was a system issue and we are working to fix the issue. That’s why our team created a custom license and provided you the license to use.

3rd, the license you have bought that is a one domain license and you will not able to use the license for more than one domain at a time. In this issue, you need to deactivate the license from the localhost before use/activates it on to another domain.

    Best Regards,
    ThemeLooks Support Team

Hi regarding your third point (point 3), yes we already understand that and we use other themes like xtra theme which gives the customer an option to login to to the Orders page in the dashbaord to deactivate the old license and used the new one without you sending support tickts.

Tha Localhost was removed and all the wordpress files were deleted. So there is no place to deactivate it since the whole localhost installation was deleted. Perhaps you should deactivate it on your side or provide options in dashboard to do that. But please note that we are behind time.

    Regards

    Ignatius

    Hi Ignatius,

We are sorry to say that our licensing system works this way and there is no option to activate a license on two domains at a time. Moreover, you don’t need to create a support ticket for this, because there is nothing in our hands to assist on this issue.

In this issue, you need to deactivate the license from your localhost to activate the license to another domain.

    Best Regards,
    ThemeLooks Support Team

Hi we told you already the localhost (britani for wordpress) was on the local computer and was deleted entirely.

    Hi Ignatius,

We are sorry for the misunderstanding.

We have deactivated the license. Now you will able to activate the license on your new domain.

    Best Regards,
    ThemeLooks Support Team
