    I asked to supporter, “I try to install this script on local system then i try on live server but on liver server it’s give “Your purchase key is incorrect or a script is already installed with this purchase key error”. After that i go on “Authentication Information” tab and try inactive license then it give error of “Something went wrong” in my local system.”

    Supporter says, “We have reset your purchase key. Now you will able to reuse it.”

    After that i try to install script but it’s give “Please check your network connection” error.

    Dear Alex,

    We are sorry to say that the network connection error is not a script issue. If the script gives you the network connection error then there is something wrong with your network connection. Please check your network connection and try to reinstall the script.

    Hello Support Team,

    There is no any wrong with my network connection but it’s give network connection error. I try to give 777 permission to my storage folder but in verify-purchase-key function give 500 Internal Server Error.

We will try to install the script by ourselves on your server to review the issue to fix.

    We can’t figure out the issue. We have double checked our script and we didn’t find any issue. Maybe it’s your server issue. We have to check your server error log.

    Today, I install script successfully. Now, Back-end is work fine but i can’t open front-end. When i try to open front-end is give 500 server error. So can you please helping me to find out solution.
