    Hi There,

We have reviewed the issue. We have seen that you have used a lot of 3rd party plugins & we are very sure that any of your used plugins conflict with the WHMCS Bridge plugin.

This is your WHMCS Bridge setting page http://easycaptures.com/3755905820 It looks totally broken.

Take a look our WHMCS Bridge setting page http://easycaptures.com/4099172893

Moreover, we have double checked everything & there is no problem with our theme. You could check out our whmcs-bridge page, here http://themelooks.us/demo/ecohosting/wordpress/whmcs-bridge-2/

If you need all of your installed plugin, then there is only solution that uses the WHMCS template separately. Otherwise, you need to deactivate the plugins that conflict with the WHMCS Bridge plugin.

Moreover, we are really sorry to say that, there is nothing in our hands to assist you. This is because, there is no problem with our theme and we are only available to assist if there have any issues with our theme.

Please learn more our support policy (item support includes & not includes), here https://www.themelooks.com/support/support-policy/

    Best Regards,

    Hi There,

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

Please make sure, you have activated all of the theme’s required plugins with WHMCS Bridge Plugin. Moreover, make sure that you are using the latest version of WHMCS.

After then, please follow our provided documentation for setting up properly the WHMCS Bridge Plugin.

Moreover, watch the video about “How to Setup WHMCS Bridge Page of EcoHosting” here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5Vr9FziRBec

    Hi There,

We have figured out your issue to review again your previous screenshot.

You didn’t provide your actual WHMCS URL in the WHMCS Bridge setting page’s WHMCS URL field. We have seen you have used https://www.nodetx.com/ in the WHMCS URL field, but your actual WHMCS URL is https://www.nodetx.com/hosting/

Please check out the screenshot as reference http://prntscr.com/f65jum

Please put the right WHMCS URL instead of the wrong WHMCS URL to fix the issue.

    Best Regards,
    ThemeLooks Support Team
