I have uploaded the ColorHostWP WHMCS template into the templates folder of my WHMCS set up (It took me two hours to work out it wasn’t already there, you might want to update the instructions to make it clear that it doesn’t get uploaded automatically with the rest of the theme content) and then I have activated the template both within WHMCS and in the WordPress WHMCS Bridge portal. However, when I then try an load my client page the browser just spins and the page won’t load. However, if I change everything back to the six template, it works again. Can you help by advising what I might be doing wrong?

    Hi Greg,

    Thanks for your cooperation.

If you are using WHMCS Bridge Plugin to integrate the WHMCS into the WordPress then you have to use the SIX template as the default template. This is because we have provided the customized WHMCS template to use separately only not to use with WHMCS Bridge Plugin.

Moreover, we have mentioned this in our provided documentation.

The six template looks nothing like my website. Are you saying that there is no way for me to make the integrated WHMCS pages look like the website template? I didn’t know it was an option to not use the WHMCS bridge Pro plugin. How do I integrate without using the plugin?

In this issue, you could to use the WHMCS template separately and link up all of your products/services (that have in your WordPress website) buy now or other links to your WHMCS. Check out this (one of our clients) website https://whosting.pl/ as an example.

That looks more like what I’m after. Have you got step by step instructions on how to do this? I’m not very knowledgeable on this sort of thing.

We are really sorry to say that there have no instructions available for this.

Moreover, please learn more about our support policy (item support includes & not includes), here https://www.themelooks.com/support/support-policy/ before post a topic or ask a question.

Is there something in particular that you want to draw my attention to? If it’s the bit about don’t contact you or buy your theme unless I’ve first done courses and are an expert, it’s been noted…although if I was an expert I wouldn’t need to buy your theme in the first place now, would I?

Please try to understand, we are selling themes and templates only and our support includes are following…
    – Answering technical questions about item’s included features
    – Assistance with reported bugs and issues
    – Help with included 3rd party assets

Providing WHMCS integration service or teaching on WHMCS integration does not include our support.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Best Regards,
    ThemeLooks Support Team
