Whois lookup showing authentication issue

My site was working fine before, all of a sudden, when you search for domain Whois, it comes out with error saying aunthentication issue. When I check the setting page, the API is showing red Inactive.

Thank you for the feedback, i have reinstalled the script and the site is working now but i need to know if the site is editable and would not conflict with the license and other feature.

The purpose of this is because google adsense did not approve the site for monetization due to lack of content, how do i get the site monetized.
Also the need to customize the look and feel of the site for brand purposes.
