WhoisBook has missing files stuck in installation I

Both updated & old script of WhoisBook has missing files stuck in installation I think json is missing. Tried on several servers showing the below mentioned Error

Incorrect database information

Whenever we give all the information correctly & Spend 7 hours ; Still showing

I will go for Refund because the script has missing files…….. Has wast my time Request to others please dont purchase this script its corrupted file , missing files wast of time & money

If our script has an issue then how did you install the script on http://whoisdomains.in/books/ ?

Moreover, the error clearly shows that you have provided “Incorrect database information”. The error does not mean the script has missing files.
