Why can not create a page using js composer ?

    #1071

    Hi There,

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

By the way, if you want to use a composer then you need to provide support the composer first to compatible with the theme. Otherwise the composer will not work and it’s normal.

In this issue, you could review the composer documentation to get support and make compatible with the theme.

Moreover, please learn more about the item support limitation here https://themeforest.net/item/hostwhmcs-responsive-hosting-and-whmcs-wordpress-theme/19204695/support

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

However, the development process has some limitation at this moment like the theme not support using a section double in a page.

By the way, we are trying to solve the issue. When it will solve we will provide an update of the theme.

Moreover, if you want to use custom content with sections then follow the steps below.

    1. Select the Custom Page from Page Attributes > Template http://prntscr.com/ehcw7a
    2. Check the Container check box from the Page Layout

If you want to use custom content without sections then follow the steps below.

    1. Select the Default Template from Page Attributes > Template http://prntscr.com/ehcwwk
    2. You don’t need to check any check box from the Page Layout
