1 & 2. If you remove the header section of the section layout, then it will work hidden. It keeps all of the header settings. This is because, the header section is a different section from others, also the settings are different for header section. Please follow the steps from the screenshot to setting up the header section.

3. In this issue, you need to hire someone else at this moment to customize the theme based on your needs. By the way, we have listed this in our theme update list. We will try to add the features to use 4 plans in a row in our next update of the theme.
