Wpbakery is not working when trying to create a new page

Hi Support,
I go to create a new page and the WPBakery Page builder doesnt come up?
I create a new page and only redux templates available
If i go into a previous demo page, WPBakery Page builder is active?

Also notice when trying to duplicate / temp[late a previously created page the save template icon is greyed out

Dear Richard,

Please install and use Classic Editor plugin. WPBakery does not support Guttenburg Editor.

Thanks, Done that.
However still not able to duplicate a page and save to WPBakery my templates.
nor can i create a page using the WPBakery Page builder. Only with Redux
