    I’ve downloaded Bluishost from ThemeForest, but WPBakery plugin is not included on theme ZIP.

    The WPBakery is included with the theme.

    You need to install the theme to get the WPBakery plugin to install from your WordPress admin.

    Please follow the installation steps from the provided documentation.
