Zip file is missing some files

Hi Team,

Thank you for this great template,
After uploading the zip file into WordPress, I don’t get any of the functionalities described in the documentation.
Under Appearance for example I only have these following options:
– Themes
– Customize
– Widgets
– Menus
– Header
– Background

I need this template for an urgent requirement,
