As for ‘spam’ it seems the message wasn’t sending, I kept getting a verification error and time outs when trying to use your contact form.

The Navigation colour issue has been resolved, thank you. Removing the Subscribe part did seem to resolve the issues on all pages but the Domains and FAQ – I don’t know if these are separate issues?

I have disabled the footer widgets as suggested but I now have this issue:
