    Dear Support

I have moved the domain to another server.
It also shows the 500 error, and no installation page is displayed.

    Installed on /public_html

    Please check:
    https://ipwhatsmy.com
    https://ipwhatsmy.com/phpinfo.php

If needed I can provide logon details to the server.

    Thx

Dear support, the hosting provider uses /www.
Is it mandatory to use: /public_htm ?

E.g. The instructions shows that subdomain is supported.
So can /www be used as the root?

If yes, then please investigate why the server error 500 appears.
Please also clarify the server requirements.

    Many thanks.

    Install instructions for subdomain:
If you want to create a subdomain you have to create a new folder inside public_html. After creating the folder extract the zip file there
After completing extraction please type base url in the browser and will get an installation page.

Hi Support team, I have send a message via CONTACT.
Please note TransIP uses shared hosting that does not provide the /public or /public_html directory.
    I cannot change that. Thx
