Hi we told you already the localhost (britani for wordpress) was on the local computer and was deleted entirely.

Hi regarding your third point (point 3), yes we already understand that and we use other themes like xtra theme which gives the customer an option to login to to the Orders page in the dashbaord to deactivate the old license and used the new one without you sending support tickts.

Tha Localhost was removed and all the wordpress files were deleted. So there is no place to deactivate it since the whole localhost installation was deleted. Perhaps you should deactivate it on your side or provide options in dashboard to do that. But please note that we are behind time.

    Regards

    Hi, the link https://www.themelooks.com/activation/?user=4513&key=f2e951fd2d75db8c11f1698a84cf36329ce89f00
    Loads to a blank page.

Secondly we still dont see the license code on our dashboard, we were issued with this 02A74D1F-6B467003-D56CFCC9-7BE1DC34
We installed the on a local host until we finished with the customization then we move to a live server, now the localhost port has changed from localhost:81/wordpress to localhost/wordpress.

    We now have this error:
    Vnut Licensing

Your key has been installed on another domain(localhost:81/wordpress)

Please note that these restrictions are hindering our progress and we wish to remind you again that we are right behind time.

Atleast there should be an area in the dashboard where we can delete the old domain if we happen to change domain url just like other companies do.

    Regards
