    I tried turning off all plug-ins, and it works. I’ll identify which one is causing the problem.

    I’m sorry, but you are mistaken. While I can hover over the menu links and choose “Open” to use them, I cannot simply click on the link. Nothing happens. This is true on both iOS devices that I have. I have also asked others to test it and they have the same result.
