We have reviewed the layout issue. It looks like it’s a plugin confliction or editor issue. Please add/edit the product description using Classic Editor to get rid of the issue. Moreover, we already mentioned in our previous reply “FoodBook is an individual food ordering system/plugin for WordPress works with WooCommerce. It does not support other WooCommerce plugins or add-ons to add more features in it. Because, it’s not a theme, it’s an individual plugin that has its own pre-built systems/options/features for its purpose.”

About your last reply, it seems you are talking about Group Product, not the variable product. However, FoodBook not supports WooCommerce group products. Because, as we mentioned “It has its own extra features/add-ons adding system for a product. Please check out this screenshot https://prnt.sc/u1hic4”

We didn’t find anything that is not a normal layout in Popup products. Could you please check out our plugin live demo and provide a screenshot of what you have seen that is not normal?

Moreover, we are unable to understand which add-ons are you talking about and where you have added those options because our plugin is an individual system. It has won extra features/add-ons adding system for a product. You could use Fullwidth. If Fullwidth still keeps the scroll bar then you could use Container Fluid that is perfect for you.
