However, this is not an issue. It’s all about server issue. The SVG images will not show properly until you upload the template in an online hosting server or use a local server like xampp or wamp to see the preview of the template in your PC/laptop directly.

You will get the file in the hoskia-core plugin and the file name is pricing-feature-list.php and the file is located in the hoskia-core -> hoskia-elements folder.
