    Hi,

Please, can you advise how I can make the headings on the menu bar a hyperlink to another page?

I have a menu heading item called Shop and it has product categories which it pulls from the woocommerce endpoints

When you click on shop it does not take you to the shop page but it does if you create another menu heading and create a custom link … it seems that when you have sub menus the hyperlink on the menu item is lost?

please see http://www.voipoid.co.uk for menu bar

    Many thanks

    Hi Thomas,

    1. We already told you that, in this issue you need to hire someone else to customize the theme based on your needs/requirements. Ref: https://www.themelooks.com/support/forums/topic/support-required/#post-2943

    2. Based on the theme development process, the main menu item link will not work after using a sub/drop-down menu. This is because, when a visitor will tap on the main menu item with the responsive devices like mobile, tab, etc. then the sub/drop-down menu will open. If the main menu item link works on tap, then the visitor with responsive devices will not get any sub/drop-down menu pages. That’s why, the main menu item link will not work if you are using a sub/drop-down menu based on the theme development process.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Best Regards,
    ThemeLooks Support Team
