I entered the purchase code from themeforest as recevied. When I click on “install”, i get :
Sever Error : Something went wrong.
Mysql username, dataase name, password are correct. Server requirement page also shows to be good : https://whatismynetworkip.com/server_requirement.php
Please help ..
It can be your hosting server permission issue. That’s why you are getting the error.
Please check out the hosting server issues listed below and contact your hosting provider to fix the network connection issue.
Problem 01: proc_open is not available on php installation
Problem 02: Cannot connect API using port 80
After then, please follow the installation steps from our provided documentation.
ThemeLooks Support Team
I am the hosting provider.
There are no functions listed in “disable_functions” in php.ini so proc_open or popen is enabled.
Also, incoming and outgoing traffic to port 80 is enabled and working.
Please provide your website URL. We want to try the installation steps to review the issue.

I already sent the cPanel login details earlier..
You only sent cPanel user & pass without cPanel URL.
When we tried your website URL with /cpanel it’s showing error https://prnt.sc/110ov3g
Please try the same url. Global cPanel access was denied. I have enabled it now.
We have reviewed your cPanel and found you need to install/enable php-mysqli extension to get rid of the issue.
