    Dear Sam,

It can be your hosting server permission issue. That’s why you are getting the error.

Please check out the hosting server issues listed below and contact your hosting provider to fix the network connection issue.

Problem 01: proc_open is not available on php installation
    https://prnt.sc/10l750z

Problem 02: Cannot connect API using port 80
    https://prnt.sc/10l75bl

After then, please follow the installation steps from our provided documentation.

    Best Regards,

    I am the hosting provider.

There are no functions listed in “disable_functions” in php.ini so proc_open or popen is enabled.

Also, incoming and outgoing traffic to port 80 is enabled and working.

    Dear Sam,

You only sent cPanel user & pass without cPanel URL.

When we tried your website URL with /cpanel it’s showing error https://prnt.sc/110ov3g

Please try the same url. Global cPanel access was denied. I have enabled it now.

    Dear Sam,

We have reviewed your cPanel and found you need to install/enable php-mysqli extension to get rid of the issue.

    Best Regards,
