How do I enable proc_open when no functions are listed in disable_function ?

    http://whatismynetworkip.com/info.php

Please check disable_functions … it is none. Which means proc_open is enabled.

    Dear Sam,

As you mentioned we know you are a hosting provider. However, please contact the provider (the mother hosting server provider/company) from where you buy your servers to get help for enabling proc_open

Please Note: We are not a hosting provider. That’s why we don’t have expert knowledge about a hosting server. We just know how our script work and what permission needs a server to install our script.

We are the mother hosting provider. It is our own server.

Do you have any answer for if disable_functions is blank, then what makes you think proc_open is disabled?

I need an answer for above thing. And above question does not need server experience. You are pHP developers so you should know if disable_funtions is blank then that means proc_open is indeed enabled.

Your answers simply do not make any sense.

The network error is not due to proc_open or anything that could be related to server.

cPanel official support have confirmed the same after examining our server:

Something is not right with your script itself. We need a solution, so please do not run away from your responsibility.

I have resent the login details again.. Unfortunately we are just wasting time here..
If you are unable to resolve this by today, please issue a refund of this purchased script as it is useless for us.

    #10287

    Dear Sam,

    We got the credentials.

However, we are unable to confirm that your issue will resolve by today as it’s not our script issue. We already provided you some of our clients’ website URLs to review as a reference to make you understand it’s your server issue, not our script issue.

Moreover, if you want a refund then please contact Envato Market Help.
