Thanks for the reply. I have reviewed each of the indications in the shared article, and I suppose you have too. However, none of that solves this problem caused by your license usage limitations.
1) I disabled all plugins and that doesn’t fix the problem
2) There are no bugs reported with the REST API in Site Health
3) I have the latest version of PHP
4) No SSL issues
5) No DNS issues
6) The hosting provider is me. I have disabled the Firewall at a general level and that does not solve the problem
I have been an Envato Market user for many years and have never had this problem with another theme.
