    I want to add something that I have already said: it is not a problem of the new server. I have tried on different servers and I couldn’t on any of them, that’s why I opened my first ticket. That’s why I said that perhaps the license is linked to an IP (the one of the first server) and that’s because I can’t activate it on another.

    There are no server requirements for the license in order to be activated.

    As we mentioned before still we didn’t get any queries regarding this issue except from you. Also, there has been no issue on our end.

    You can ask for a refund on Envato Market if it’s not working for you.
