Images not cropped

Dear support,

We have the images setup to be cropped to 1:1 (see: https://prnt.sc/zhjll1)
However, this is not applied when looking at the thumbnail images on WooCommerce.
(see: https://prnt.sc/zhjx0l – the ones that do have a 1:1 ration have not been cropped, that is their original size)

After doing this you need to regenerate the thumbnail. In this case, you could try this plugin.

I did some further investigation on this and it looks like images are cropped in media, but they are not picked up when displaying the images.

The issue should be resolved by regenerating the thumbnails but you confirmed that does not resolve your issue. We are sorry to say that we have no more suggestions at the moment. Also, we can’t understand why regenerating the thumbnails does not work for you.

The issue is not that the thumbnails are not available, so regenerating them won’t make a difference.
The issue is that they are not shown. Instead of the thumbnail, we get the default image.

You need to remove and reinstall the “karton” Theme and “Karton Core” Plugin to get the updates.

I’m sorry, but I still don’t see any changes. I have the new Karton theme installed and Karton Core plugin at version 1.6.
