My WHMCS index.html gives me the “Oops” error. When the default “Six” theme is active, it works fine, but with BNSCloud, it doesn’t. Everything else is flawless.
    Any ideas?

    Hi Matt,

In WHMCS there has no relation with index.html because WHMCS works with their own system.

In this issue, please install the WHMCS template properly in the proper way.

    ===============================================================================================
WHMCS Template included in “whmcs-template” (folder) with installation instruction “readme.txt”

That is exactly what I did. Why would everything else be working if I didn’t install it correctly?

We are really sorry to say that we are unable to tell this.

Could you please provide us your website and WHMCS URL to review the issue?

Please confirm us first, did you install the WHMCS system on your server?

If your answer is no, then install the WHMCS system on your server first. After then, follow the WHMCS template installation instruction.

    1. Install the HTML template on your server main/root path/directory. Example: http://www.mydomain.com

    2. Install the WHMCS on your server sub-directory/path like as http://www.mydomain.com/billing to follow their Documentation https://docs.whmcs.com/Documentation_Home

    3. Install the WHMCS template in the templates folder of the WHMCS to follow the provided installation instruction.

I installed everything properly. This is only a problem with your template, I’ve tried numerous amounts other templates that work just fine. I don’t see why my installation has to do anything with this.

Please provide us your WHMCS -> templates folder screenshot to review.

Inside the templates folder is the BNSCloud folder from the WHMCS template

Please provide us your WHMCS URL where you have installed the WHMCS system, not WHMCS template.

Example: This is our WHMCS URL http://billing.ywhmcs.com/ where we have installed the WHMCS system. We have installed the WHMCS system in the billing (subdirectory) of ywhmcs.com

After installing the WHMCS system there have a folder called templates that has in our billing folder as we have installed the WHMCS system in the billing folder/subdirectory and we need your WHMCS -> templates folder’s screenshot.

First, I’ve already provided you with my WHMCS URL, so it’s pretty naive you’re asking me again, but, it is: https://hosting.explodingbush.net/billing.And the templates folder. Templates Folder

We have asked again for your WHMCS URL because your provided WHMCS URL shows error. So it’s not possible to understand that you have installed the WHMCS and WHMCS template properly or not.

However, please let us know did you edited anything or any file in our BNSCloud WHMCS template? If yes, then which file did you edited and what you have done?
