Hi, Any update on this please.

OK, I have started again (think its on number 5) and I have now followed your video, this is the same as I have done on all other occasions, the only difference is deselecting the two plugin options, and again I have the same problem, with the VOIP rates menu showing Invalid.

This was brought and downloaded from themeforest.net is it possible they are holding an old version?

Please send your Open Exchange rates API Key and Currency Layer API Key https://prnt.sc/s36w0a

If you don’t have yet then please register and get your API keys and send us.

Please Note: Without those keys, the VOIP Retes data will not import.
