I have upgraded the theme to Bizzwalls 2.6 but I do not see the option to change the feature to No Header in my drop downs.

I have tried to upload the new theme as you suggested and it has instead broken all Tablet, and Mobile Device Clickable Shopping Page Links. As well all the Items in the Products with TAGS are also not even visible on the page now too. Lastly the site has been loading extremely slow now with the 2.3 update. I have NO Plugins installed other than the necessary ones for the site I have optimized all my images but there are many times when the pages result in a 500 Error now.
Can you please update me on this, sorry but this is very frustrating how things are not working exactly as they should.
Any updates on this and a solution for the issue?
I have tested the Theme now on 2 separate domains. I have setup a new domain, installed the wordpress, updated it to 5.2.3 to match my active site, as well pushed the PHP to 7.1 as well to match whats on the active domain. I then imported all the demo content, and tested the websites shopping cart on both my cell phones, as well as my tablet.
here is what I have found.
1> When the template is setup for Both my Active Site, and the demo as per Image 1. for RIGHT WooCommerce Page sidebar Clicking on the images to load the shopping pages work.
2> When the template is setup for Both my Active Site, and the demo as per Image 2. for LEFT WooCommerce Page sidebar Clicking on the images to load the shopping pages DO NOT work.
3> When the template is setup for Both my Active Site, and the demo as per Image 1. for NO WooCommerce Page sidebar Clicking on the images to load the shopping pages work.
So I then decided to test the pages using the built in BizWalls Options Customizer to test the pages, and the EXACT same problems I have been experiencing on my Mobile Devices for the LEFT WooCommerce Page Sidebar were duplicated inside the web-browser as demonstrated by the Video Link above.
I hope you can take a better look at why this is happening now that I have shown you that the included format for changing the Menu from the Right to the Left, or No Side Menu has a bug in it somewhere within the code of the theme. This is with NO Plugin’s outside of the ones you included in the Theme being installed and it is doing the exact same thing for me.
I hope that this helps you to isolate the problem, and let me know how we can fix this asap.

So where would I go to fix that? I have no clue how it would have been changed or what changed it! The only place I have gone to change anything was “BizWalls Options” then “Woocommerce Page” and “Set page sidebar to Left” and “3 Columns”
Is there a way to backup my pages, images, and my store’s contents so that I can delete the entire site if needed and then quickly restore the pages after reinstalling the Theme?
All I can say is this… I clearly asked for assistance. I do not know if I have any 3rd party plugins that would be the cause of this issue, nor have I completed any customizing of the theme.
I did however ask you for assistance trying to figure out the root cause as there IS an issue with the shop loading on tablets and smartphones at least from the site I’m building.
However, In fact your response the link you’ve shared, also has not loaded correctly on my smartphone which happens to be a Samsung Note 8 and a Note 10+ along with a Samsung tab S3.
Support doesn’t end with someone pointing the blame at something simply because they don’t want to assist.
I’m very disappointed, not to mention you didn’t even answer if it is possible to backup the pages and contents so I could start with a fresh install. Because I have not edited any part of the theme.
I’m not saying that the theme doesn’t work, but it is not now. As such I reached out to you for assistance in trying to figure out what I may have inadvertently enabled, done, changed, to cause this behaviour.
But thanks for your support… Lack there of I mean, I’ll figure this out on my own!!!
