    1. Why i can’t disable the function of today delivery / pickup – We are sorry to say that there is no pre-built option to disable the function of today delivery / pickup. There has an option for disabling the pre-order only.

    I feel disappointed. i want refund. normally it must have that functionality. most of delivery plugin that function.
    I WANT REFUND.

    3. Why is the timing for delivery/ pickup does not follow the real time? for example, if real time is 6pm, the timing options should be 6pm onwards. Before 6pm timing should not be in the options. – It’s a time zone, and date and time of the branches settings issue. Please set your time zone properly by following the below doc to fix this issue.

    HELLO, you did not understand me. we had set time zone. is not about time zone.. your system not intelligent enough.

    we fill and follow all inside the documentation. but still
    have time that passed time…..
    DO you understand!! why i must book for 11 am this morning ming .. but now is 3pm… UNDERSTAND!!!!

    Example now is 3pm. Now is 3pm.
    BUT why when customer want to buy YOUR system SHOW time before. 1pm is already. why still showing that. your system is not intelligent. it supposed to shown only from current time till closed shop.

    4. about the error als. dont blame me. please seen back your plugin. woo commerce is good. your plugin is faulty.

    Hello sir,

    i am sorry.
    i am very urgent

    i found some other plugin that can suite my problem.

    if your plugin cannot have that simple feature i have to ask for refund for both plugin.

    130usd over usd if big for me.
    i need that money another plugin. please reply me asap.

    Hello, since you are not replying me in the support dashboard, so i will write here.

    1. I can’t find where to create the ticket in the support dashboard.

    2. Why i can’t disable the function of today delivery / pickup

    4. Today we try it LIVE. But one of our customer failed to make payment, however it appeared success in your foodbook order panel. But in woo commerce report, it appeared failed. So I think your system has bugs or error.

    That’s all. Please reply us and help us as soon as possible.
