I bought this theme on 18 Nov 2021, so my support period should be until 17 May 2022.

Also, after I bought this theme, your server is down, it make me cannot work on it for almost 1 month.

I didn’t complaint your server is down to delay my work, but now you said my support period is expired, and don’t reply me anymore.

Listen to me! My support period is until 17 May 2022, and today is 14 Jan 2022.

Please check it carefully, and reply asap.

I don’t know what you mean. I bought it at 18 Nov 2021 in envatomarket, and the term is 6 months included support.

This function is not working well, after I update it to 8000:

1. It will slow down the movement of the slide, but not the freezing time of the slide.

2. It will stop moving after it moved to slide 2, but it cannot loop back to the slide 1.

One more question:

How can I slow down the slider speed? I can found the setting for the fade out speed of the slider only, but I want to freeze the screen a bit longer to make my visitor can read my words before it move.

Hi,

I tried to re-create a new slider, but the new slider cannot apply to the page header.

If I select the new slider for the page, then it will comes out no page header in the browser.

Now, I only can use 4 old sliders which come with the theme.

If I reinstall the Hoskia Theme. Do I need to setup everything again? I work on it for very long time already, so I don’t want to rework on it anymore.

If I don’t want to do it, but I just delete the WPBakery Page Builder Plugin accidentially. How can I reinstall this plugin only?
