Hello Support.
We are trying to post content on our blog page, but for some reason, the post is not going to be shown on our blog page.

we have created a page called blog and set the reading page to the blog page, but it’s not showing any ost, and when we try to access the post directly, it’s showing as a page in the address bar, not as sitename.com/blog.

is there any specific documentation on how to post on blog?

Hello Support Team,
i purchased this HostWHMCS theme and paid for it. i need help to fix some issues:

1. in my whmcs when i selected the HostWHMCS and when a client want to register / purchase a hosting, when clicking on Complete Order button it stuck on that page or opens a blank page please advise on this issue.

i contacted WHMCS Support, they said you have to contact the people who developed the them / customization.

i did not ask you to remove / disable my plugins and i was looking he support section everyone had the same issue with the theme in mailchimp setup.

why did you remove and disabled my plugin???? i already have everything ready and set uped and why did you uninstalled / disabled my plugins.

i asked to check just the mailchimp issue that your theme has not my other part of my website.
i dont have time and dont want to do any new wordpress installaion because of the problem in your theme.

i need to know why did you do this and i will report this to Themeforest and Envato about this.

i really need help to set up my mailchimp account on wordpress and whmcs admin panel.

i have tried my different APIs and List ID but did not work. can you please check this and
offer a solution. i changed the API and List ID in HostWHMCS Options.

i want to change the newsletter on WHMCS theme as well advise on this too.

hello.
i received an email form Envato Market that my theme’s update is ready.
please let me know how can i update my theme so i don’t loose the customization that i have in my theme. i am using the child them as my primary theme.

i added my Mailchimp API and List ID in HostWHMCS Options – Child but still dont work

i dont get an email you respond to there tickets

is not the new developers job. if the theme has mobile version and it should have the options to add or remove menus. usually the theme comes with 2 versions and has the capabilities to add and remove menu items.

let me know how can i add the client login in mobile version.

Hello, Thank you for the responses.

1. in desktop version of my website i have CLIENT LOGIN menu and when i open on mobile devices there is no client login. i want to set a different menu in mobile version / for customers when they open my website in mobile devices.

here are some issues that still need help with.

1. i want the logo in to be in the middle see this https://prnt.sc/pkt5vt just in xfintyweb.com not in WHMCS if fixed that already. i uploaded the logo from theme customization -> Header still in top

2. what are these login url link and i followed the guidelines but there were no template see this image https://prnt.sc/pkt6tv

3. is there any way that i can remove the home text and add fontawesome icons instead in the main menu.

4. what plugin is compatible to use the fontawesome icons in menus.

6. what is the exact size of the header image i want to use an image. xfinityweb.com/about/
