It’s all about WHMCS URL issue, not our theme issue.
You could check the issue to use a privet window/tab of the browser to follow the steps below.
1. Copy the product URL that you copied before from whmcs
2. Open a privet window/tab of the browser
3. Paste the URL and go
It will redirects to the cart page in WHMCS

It’s all about a Plugin confliction. You have used <h4> tag in the mega-menu as title and the <h4> tag is getting visibility: visible; from one of your installed plugin.
In this issue, you could remove <h4> tag from the mega-menu title or use the CSS below to fix the issue.
