Based on your screenshot you are using Single Image shortcode and there has nothing in our hands for Single Image shortcode as that is a default shortcode of WPBakery Page Builder.

In this issue, you could use Section Heading shortcode for the title where you will get all of the options to change color and others.

Based on the theme UI/UX there have no color changing options by default for widget title. In this issue, you could provide your website URL to provide you a custom CSS to change the color based on your need.

However, we have listed this in our theme update list to add an option in the next update of the theme.

We are really sorry to say that the behavior of the template is normal when you resize the browser, it’s not an issue.

Because responsive means using responsive devices like mobile, tab, etc. If you want to check the responsiveness of the template then you need to use responsive devices. Or if you want to check the responsiveness by resizing the browser then you need to reload the page.

Naturally, the button has no way of being centered because it’s a button shortcode, not a text. In this issue, you need to use a RAW shortcode. Please check out the steps from the screenshot below.

If You Select Hide Then It Will Control From Theme Option ( Default Setting Hide ) you can customize the options for the specific page.
