    Hi Emma,

    Please follow again the steps below.

    1. Please make sure you have the latest version of WordPress and update your server PHP version to minimum 5.6.25 or newer.
    2. Clean your full database “OR” reinstall a new WordPress with a new database
    3. Then install the theme (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
    4. Then install all of the required plugins (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
    5. Then active all of the installed plugins (follow the steps from the provided documentation)
    6. Then import all of the demo data (wait until all of the demo data are imported completely)

    Hi Thomas,

    Mainly, our item is an HTML template and we have just provided WHMCS template for FREE of cost with our HTML template by customizing WHMCS default six template’s header, footer, and color based on our HTML template.

    In this case, you need to use both HTML and WHMCS templates separately. HTML template to show/represent your products/services and WHMCS template for billing like as our demo.

    In this issue, you need to install the HTML template in your server root directory (example: http://www.yourdomain.com) to show/represent your products/services and install the WHMCS on your server sub-directory (example: http://www.yourdomain.com/clientarea) to follow their Documentation https://docs.whmcs.com/Documentation_Home

    After then follow the steps from the provided readme.txt to install the WHMCS template.

    WHMCS Template included in whmcs-template (folder) with installation instruction readme.txt

    Moreover, you need to link up all of your products/services (buy now link) to your WHMCS.

    Furthermore, please follow the installation steps from the documentation -> INSTALLATION to install the HTML template that included in html-template (folder).

    In this issue, you have to find out the issue manually if you did a mistake when you customized. Because there have no tools available to check.

    Moreover, you will get all of the header content in the header.tpl file and all of the footer content in the footer.tpl file. Also, all of the CSS files are loading from includes/head.tpl file.

    We have double checked and there was no issue with our theme. Maybe you forgot to update the hostwhmcs-core Plugin.

    Please Note: You need to remove and reinstall the hostwhmcs Theme and hostwhmcs-core Plugin to get the updates for v2.7
