    01. Maybe, you are using child theme. That’s why, the link is not working. The link will redirect you to CVIT Options -> Contact http://prntscr.com/ii48yz In this issue, please change the info from CVIT Options -> Contact. However, we will try to fix the issue (link not working) in our next update of the theme.

    02. You will get notified via email that you are using in the CVIT Options -> Hire Me Form Settings to get a copy of the message.

    Please check out the menu settings guideline from the provided documentation.

    However, the menu works like that based on the theme UI/UX & development process. This is because, if someone browse your website form mobile or any touch devices, then the user must have to tap on the menu to open the dropdown menu.

    Moreover, it’s not logical that you are talking about the logo like the logo size will change responsively. Based on your logic, if you will use a normal (not extra large) logo, then no one will find the logo in the responsive devices. This is because, the logo size will change responsively. However, if you have any reference about your logic, then please send us to learn more.

    We have seen that, you have used two more CSS without closing the CSS in the custom.css file. That’s why, our provided CSS doesn’t work. So, please close your previous CSS using } to fix the issue.

    Moreover, this is all about customizing the template and customization service doesn’t include item support. In this issue, you need to hire someone else to customize the template based on your needs and requirements, if you are unable to customize the template with your own.

    If you want to show online, then you have to online on tawk.to

    Moreover, please follow the steps below to remove the Tawk.to live chat from both html & whmcs template.

    – Open main.js file. (For both html & whmcs template js/main.js)
    – Then search for the comment Live Chat Widget

    You have used too much big logo. That’s why, the issue raised.

    However, you could add the below CSS to the custom.css file to fix the responsive issue:
