This is all about the normal behavior or a menu with menu items. If you are using too many (more than the menu item area can cover) menu items, then the items will go down after the menu item area covered. In this issue, there is no solution available.

1. Go to Appearance -> Themes
2. Active another theme & delete the hostwhmcs theme
3. Click Add New -> Upload Theme
4. Upload, install & activate the latest version of hostwhmcs theme

Maybe, it was our demo server downtime issue.
Please follow the steps below to install the theme and import the demo data properly.
1. Clean your full database “OR” reinstall a new WordPress with a new database
2. Then install the theme
3. Then install all of the required plugins
4. Then active all of the installed plugins
5. then import all of the demo data (wait until all of the demo data are imported completely)

Did you select all of the option/checkbox to provide permission to work the API when you have created the Envato API Token?
If not, please create an another Envato API Token or update the existing token to select all of the option/checkbox to provide permission to work with the API.
