By the way, we have fixed the Testimonial issue and added an option to show/hide the client images on the Testimonial Section and updated the theme on themeforest. Please download and use the updated theme to get the update option for the Testimonial Section.

For users we recommend child themes only if you find yourself constantly adding new functions to your theme’s functions.php file and/or constantly adding/modifying the style.css file of your theme. In these cases, we highly recommend that you use a child theme.

First of all, we have double checked everything and we didn’t find anything in our theme like your issues.
2nd, based on your screenshot and as you mentioned in your last reply that you have edited the codes of the theme. That means the issues were raised for your wrong editing of codes. So, in this case, we are unable to help you.

We could suggest you that, please install a new WordPress and use our theme without codes edit. If you get any issue, then inform us, we will fix the issue ASAP. If an issue will raise for your wrong editing of codes, then we will unable to help you to fix the issue. That will be your own responsibility. If you need customization then, do that in a proper way.
