    By the way, this issue raised for double loading the Bootstrap script.

    Please uncheck the Bootstrap Load check box from Pop Forms Setting -> Scripts Load to fix the issue.

    Please Note: If you want to use image logo then you must have to use an image as your website logo. It’s not possible to use image & text at a time as your website logo. This is because, WordPress hasn’t allowed this.

    In this issue, you must have to upload & use only an image as your website logo OR you need to use text logo with only FontAwesome icon markup.

    By the way, you could upload your logo image form here https://prnt.sc/felibz You will get there some more options to adjust the logo image.

    Moreover, you did that in the WHMCS template, because the WHMCS template has HTML markup, but it’s not possible in the WordPress.

    1) Based on our theme development process, there is no option to change the order of Single Feature Posts. We are really sorry about this. However, we have listed this in our theme update list. If possible, we will try to add this feature in our future update of the theme.

    2) Please use the updated theme to avoid the issue. This is because, we already fixed the issue one of our previous updates of the theme.

    3) In this issue, you need to use custom CSS. This is because, now it has based on our theme UI/UX.

    4) In this issue, you need to hire someone else to customize the theme based on your specific needs/requirements. This is because, there is no option based on our theme development process. We are really sorry about this. However, we have listed this in our theme update list. If possible, we will try to add this feature in our future update of the theme.

    By the way, our theme is all about those features that already has in the theme. If you need more features based on your specific needs/requirements, then you need to hire someone else. This is because, installation, integration, customization & adding a feature for you based on your specific needs/requirements is not included our item support.

    Please follow the steps below.

    First of all, update your WHMCS system.

    2nd, backup your theme/style folder and files before applying updates. Mainly, backup the header.tpl, footer.tpl and custom.css files.

    3rd, update the template and replace your backuped header.tpl, footer.tpl and custom.css files.

    By the way, WHMCS team also updated head.tpl in WHMCS version 7.2.2. You will get the changes in the changelog1.6.txt

    Please check out carefully the changelog1.6.txt to update the template.

    1. Open all .html files in editor

    2. Search the comment <!-- ==== Theme Color Stylesheet ==== -->

    3. Change the theme color .css file name (example: theme-color-2.css or theme-color-10.css)

    In this issue we will suggest you that, clean your full database or reinstall a fresh new WordPress with a new database and follow carefully the steps below.

    • Clean your full database “OR” reinstall a new WordPress with a new database
    • then install the theme
    • then install all of the required plugins
    • then active all of the installed required plugins
    • then import all of the demo data (wait until all of the demo data are imported finished)
