In this issue, you need to replace the updated main.js file, also need to remove the code from the footer.tpl file to remove the live chat widget from WHMCS template.

Please follow the steps below to know How To Remove Live Chat Widget?

For HTML Template:
Open all .html files. (For Example: index.html)

For WHMCS Template:
Open the footer.tpl file.

Find the comment Start of Tawk.to Script

Remove the code block http://prntscr.com/encogc

Moreover, replace the updated main.js file instead of old main.js file in HTML & WHMCS both template.

Please Note: you need to replace the HTML template’s updated main.js file instead of old main.js file and need to replace the WHMCS template’s updated main.js file instead of old main.js file separately. Please don’t replace the HTML template’s updated main.js file instead of WHMCS main.js file.
